Not lieing mate - - I’ve seen them leave

Sorry but you are. They don’t.

Righto. Must be a mirage

I'm a Wests Tigers supporter and a Wests Magpies football club member and i do know that some Wests Magpies supporters do leave after the Magpies games however they are a small minority of Magpies supporters - the ones who have never really accepted the JV - they also go to every ISP and Ron Massey games to follow the Magpies so dare i say they are probably **more hardened supporters of their club than a lot on this forum are of WT**. I see nothing wrong with it - I'm sure there would be **ex Balmain supporters who have no interest in the JV and show no support for it**.

I'd agree they are hardened supporters … boneheads.
They watch Wests play on the undercard and don't stay for WestsTigers?
The fact is they don't even accept the team and don't like it... yet the 'Magpies' they are cheering for are all hoping for a call up to the 'Tigers'.
I was, and still am, a rusted on, lunatic, Balmain supporter who struggled through the first few years of the merger.
Always love everything Balmain but also embrace the WestsTigers through 'marriage'.
Those blokes you are talking about are just feral dinosaurs, travelling in a thinning pack.

So do all North Sydney fans have to be Souths fans? I don't see what wromg with supporting the magpies but having no interest in the Wests tigers.

We're all free to choose who we want to support… Getting offended over others choices is juvenile

I can see the points in each arguement, however it doesnt matter if people choose not to accept the JV and go on their own support of individual clubs, then that is their choice..I fully embrace the WTs because of the "marriage" of the 2 great foundation clubs and will continue to be a member and supporter. What people dont understand is through this marriage we have been given a fantastic club steeped in traditon and history…It should be embraced...not revoked...

At least they turn up and contribute to the bottom line. The club would rather they leave early than not show up at all.

Again, the point I was making is that we are still not a fully unified supporter base. I'm not saying they should do this or that. I'm saying we still have division. I'll add that eventually all supporters will know is Wests Tigers and they'll be no division. I will be pushing up daisies at this point.

How many of that group are younger than 30\. For anyone under that age roughly there is no Balmain or Magpies, they only know the Wests Tigers

They had a "no orange zone" for a while there.

That was pretty funny.

I know a few of them and I like teasing them……..they are madly passionate.

Mention orange or Leichhardt and they start frothing!

Never said I was offended … just that they were boneheads and dinosaurs.
I have heard mentioned in the past some of them had offended other supporters though.
Also, you don't think it's juvenile for them to pretend that Wests and Balmain joining didn't happen?

If they pretend the JV didn't happen then yes that's juvenile but seeing as supposedly they leave when firsts kick off then I'm guessing they're aware Balmain and Wests did join… Otherwise they'd stick around?

Who cares if the Maggies die hards lob up chuck a few bucks at the club to watch ISP and take off afterward?

Yeah I couldn't care less if they pay and leave before 1st Grade thanks for the contribution me thinks

I for one don't have any interest in watching the Maggies before 1st Grade and usually I'm at a Pub near by and 20 minutes before kick off make my way to the ground can't cheer for colour's I've never cheered for before….pretty stupid how we are not Wests Tigers colours in Reserves.

Yeah I was disappointed with CEO’s response to home grounds. Sounds like 3, 4 or 5 home grounds will continue. I hope ANZ gets swapped for WSS.
