Agreed totally. Green will face some pressure, but he took the cows to their first premiereship and the GF last season. The Cows arn't that competitive and won't punt him for awhile. (unlike Easts/Dogs/etc)

Ricky will be under the most pressure. One good year followed by two bad, with a sketchy record previously. Canberra won't want to pay his $1m bitter pill (he is on 1M per season for 2 more years I think), so we should raid them for the next two years.
