Cook to tigers

Apparently according to rugby league week, tigers offered Damien cook a contract, I don't know how true this is I didn't read it, someone told me, did anyone hear anything

I don't want robbie to leave especially how he was dealt with. But if so, cook would be the best possible replacement. Cook would only be second string at the bulldogs next year.
I have watch every game he had featured this year and he has been remarkable! Great talent both defensively and in attack. Plus has an unbelievable awareness on the field.
Perfect replacement!

The same scenario with Cherrington then , gets limited time on the field behind Cook .

Cook is brilliant though i must admit reminds me of Granville from the Cowboys .

So it was Ok when we had Farah for 2 years and bringing Manaia up after him.
And not OK to gid of Farah because Manaia isn't ready..

Now we're getting rid of Farah, It's not OK to have someone to bring Manaia up behind?
And Manaia is ready?

If Manaia was happy to wait for Farah - Why will he leave if we have Cook?

The blurry lines here make me chuckle….

Don't know much about Cook except that a work colleague who is a bulldogs member was not impressed today when they found out Wests Tigers offered Cook a contract. But what about Cherrington and what about the salary cap and what about a prop to replace Sauce and possibly Taupau and another backrower, its very confusing…..

Doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me but we'll wait and see I guess.

Is this Taylor's way of saying to Robbie we have a replacement so reserve grade is for you ? and if this is the case how would Cherrington feel ?

How can we have money too offer him a contract when we are still technically in a mess financially? This just makes no sense. Farah is still contracted and doesn't look like moving, why would we offer Cook a contract. This club makes me cringe sometimes.

Its a position that we shouldn't be looking to improve on isn't it. If Robbie goes and we aren't paying for most of his contract then its a good decision. I can't see Robbie going and having his contract paid via another club.

Haha…All this the Club blah blah blah...on a tweet from the Mole...

Would be a smart move, next year with the reduced interchange we will see the advantage of having two fast no9s. A lot of clubs are using the tactic this year but next year it will be so important to have that speed coming out of dummy half for 80minutes to wear the big boppers down and than you will see Moses and Brooks at their best.

Agree. Obviously the two fast no9s you refer to does not include the petulant Farah. The signing of Cook would certainly be a step in the right direction for this club which is being torpedoed from all directions.
