Well, NSW numbers are up again today and it's the same old spiel from Gladys...The lockdown hasn't worked, in so far as she could have, and should have gone harder with it.

I'll be surprised if she relaxes any restrictions next month.

I have no doubts it will be extended.

I just can't see us getting out of this Demps. Maybe it's just my frustration at the whole thing with the way it's playing out, but it's clear people who have the virus either aren't aware, or don't care because they are still out in the community and it's continuing to spread, which means resources will be spread thinner, reducing their effectiveness.

Its not a political reflection. More a reflection on the lack of conviction in the community. If i thought something was seriously going to harm me, then it's highly unlikely you could pay me to change my mind. Certainly not for $300. I have my second AZ jab next wednesday and am looking forward to have as full protection as you can get.

My feelings on this matter now is that if you get COVID without being vaccinated, good luck - this is what I mean by not having sympathy - there's enough validated information out there for everyone to make an informed choice - of all the things that can kill you, this vaccine is the least of your worries.
