I would expect that people care unless they are pushing a narrative rather than the facts. If natural immunity (i.e. immunity with no vaccination) isn't working very well it's a problem. It's actually worse than this though. It's stating that those who have caught it are more likely to catch it again so natural immunity doesn't help at all.

I'd expect vaccination to have a similar issue but we don't know this.

The vaccinated were catching other strains as well. It's sort of missing the point. The point is keeping people out of hospital and alive. Vaccination has worked exceptionally well and we can see the positive effects in relation to the Delta outbreaks in Australia. There have been deaths but it's been so much better because we've had >90% vaccination.

Caring for other people argument. Rubbish. People only care about themselves. If you care so much, go help the homeless in the street. Donate a homeless person some of your net worth, so they can sleep in a house and have food to eat. Pfffttt over this vaccine crap to help the elderly blah blah

Lambie is one of my favourite politicians even if i don't always agree with her.She fights for what she considers to be fair for all Australians and treats people with respect and dignity.We need more like her in parliament and less of the Hanson/Kelly type.

But despite this, another country has announced that they will shut their borders to all foreigners, and, i still think that Aust. should do the same as a precautionary measure, because doing contact tracing is just pure nonsense.

Speaking on Monday, **Japans**, Prime Minister Fumio Kishida announced the imminent closure of the border to non-Japanese nationals from Tuesday. “This is a preventive, emergency measure to avoid a worst-case scenario,” Kishida told reporters at the Prime Minister’s office.
