Crazy Prediction With Benji

I reckon he'll do well tonight. Not a benji-lover or anything, happy to see him leave given his form this season but I get the feeling he'll turn up and play a good game, score a try and another try assist or so. Probably not 2010 good but he'll shut up most.

Prepared to get laughed at when he kicks several more bad touch-finders (or lack thereof).

Yep, my theory is that he has played with fear of injury and the possibility no contract next season if that did happen. Now he is signed, lets hope he ha a blinder. Last chance to be in the top grade imo.

If he hasn't done it ALL YEAR why the hell would he do it now :crazy . He already knows that he is undroppable, Why would he put some effort into this game. I keep seeing people say this is he's last chance to perform. how many chances can this guy get. I am so over Benji its not funny anymore… If it was my choice, He would of been in reserve grade a month ago. Ask yourselves this if he's name was not Benji Marshall would he even be in the nsw cup team with he's performance's in 2013\. At first i thought Benji deserves to finish he's career in the top grade and reach 200 games, Because he has done so much for us on and off the field, But Watching he's performances over the past month, I just can't bring myself to give him he's fairy tail ending i mean he isn't even trying......

Okay okay, chill out guys. Just an opinion. we'll find out this evening. I'm not saying he's gonna be MoM but he'll go okay imo. I could be dead wrong about it, and wouldn't be surprised.

He will play how he has played the last 2 years. One good pass, one good kick ,3 tackes 8 missed tackles the rest crap!. And that's if he has a good game

"I've got a feeling he will come out against a Parramatta side struggling and I think Benji might just carve them up." - Peter Sterling today. So i'm not alone, and i guess sterlo should get back to the asylum too…

Oh thank you i saw this article before, But i didn't read it i will read it now.

I think Marshall has struggled all year, but I don't think this is because he doesn't want to play well. He's either physically or mentally not up to the task, his confidence is down after a bad season, or the team's just so disorganised that no one can get it together and find a rhythm. I think it's a combination of all of these things. I don't think anyone playing any sport ever goes out to lose.

I was never a rugby league player, I played the round ball no hands game into my mid 20's. I was never much good but I played lower grades at Uni and then played a bit of district soccer after I left college. I can totally relate to that feeling that you've somehow forgotten how to play when you have a few bad games in a row, and nothing seems to go right for you. You start hanging back from the play, feeling like a passenger.

What always helped me find my Mojo again was a friendly against an inferior team. Like we used to play training games against the university women's team. Girls don't run as fast, so there was suddenly all this extra time and space around me, which gave me time to think on the ball without the pressure on me.

Parramatta is the closest you'll get to playing against girls short of moving to the English Superleague. I think Benji might just find some opportunities to be himself and produce a bit of class up against numpties. Might even put some points on and carry some confidence into the Roosters game.

I stand by my original prediction that the Tigers will be up by a few tries at halftime, and finish up winning by two points.

Predicting an out-of-form halfback might play well against a truly terrible team is like backing a $1.50 horse at Wyong. There's always a pretty good chance it will happen, but it doesn't count for much against good opposition.

100000% true. Great analogy mate

He will be MOTM tonight if he win. Has anyone seen the Parra halves? They are attrocious.

When we play Souths and Easts later, you won't see him.

This is Benji's night. If there is even 10% left in the tank, he will blitz these guys. Parra are beyond bad.

Frankly I couldn't give a toss if he does or doesn't .im over the guy .he has now through hate towards potters brought our great club back the where it was in 2003 ..the laughing stock of the league .potter is a top man who had the intestinal fortune to play it like it really is and Benji acted like the spoilt brat just like he acted when sheens was ousted .. Lose Benji and you lose the support of the dressing room.. Well seeya Benji your greatness is eroding very very fast

Well, we're at $2.40 in a head to head scenario and you're the first to agree with me.
