Warner and S Smith, newly inaugurated Qld's ?

Not Warner , he only fires when he is batting on a highway

Never gets runs when you need him to

100 in the opening session of a test 1st in Australia only the 6th ever in the history of the game…when it matters..another :master: call from u dopey

Was an honour to be here to witness it...

How many Billions of dollars did it cost to get the national highway to run via the SCG Geo ??

Don't worry Renshaw first ton will be a triple , like Bob Simpson's

And I guess you were one of the fans booing Renshaw when he was on strike ???

Disgraceful effort that was , NSW fans should be ashamed of themselves

I was booing the members for not continuing the Mexican wave…which is obligatory at the SCG...

So we bring in Stephen O'Keefe and Ashton Agar into the squad

Surprised Cultured Bogan and Geo weren't brought onto the squad as spinners

They would have picked me but Renshaw bats exactly like I do and actually scores runs.

Absolutely, I was absolutely filthy to hear people booing Renshaw at the ground today.. He is 20, debuted a few weeks ago and people booing him for taking his time at a skill level the people booing him could never achieve..

Was so happy that he finished with more runs then warner.

Clearly confusing that with the booing of the Members for not continuing the Wave which was happening at the time…

I also note you omit the standing Ovations Renshaw recieved when he brought up his ton then 150 as well as leaving the ground at stumps from the entire SCG...

That's a tradition at the SCG, the members always cop it for not partaking in the wave.

Think Hap might have his wires crossed here.

Yeah seemed like a good idea when you were all liquored up with red cordial and pies

Now he sees it in a different light , trying to find comfort in his indiscretions

Disappointing Geo , disappointing

Was all the talk on radio this afternoon , how many were criticising him because he couldn't get a ball off the square

How the crowd were mocking him when he got a single late in an over

Even Skull apologized for doubting him

lol…I'll be there again today cheering on our adopted son as he passes 200 and beyond..He actually received a cheer when he defended the last ball of the over prior to Warners Ton..Listened to Skull all day brings so much flavour to the Theatre of it All..

Particularly impressive was Renshaw's stoic defence the like we haven't seen since Boycott.. fantastic stuff..something Australia has lacked at the Top of the Order in recent years..

Not taking anything away from both Warner and Renshaw, but if you were ever going to get triple figures yesterday was the day, track was gentle, bowlers were stuffed and fielding was poor.

This could be the defining moment in Renshaws very short career although the bar is about to be lifted a long way with a trip to India only a month away. Funny Michael Clark said he heard a whisper or two that they are not going to take him to India and reinstate Shaun Marsh as he has a pretty good record in the sub continent, but you think that plan would have gone out the window now.

Anyway I have seen a lot of cricket over the years and I think Renshaw could develop into a real good one. Most kids come out and play every shot in the book and than slowly discard the ones that don't work, Renshaw is the opposite, he is playing limited shots and sticking to what works for him and as he gets more confidence and experience he will add more shots. Smart way to approach the game

You don't get dropped after scoring 184 and averaging 60 odd from four Tests, no matter who you have been playing on what decks.

Talking of Skull and Lawrence Mooney this afternoon was a laugh He mentioned how O'Keefe's seemed to take particular nicknames

Johnny O"Keefe became to J O'K

Stephen O'Keefe became S O'K

Kerry O'Keefe quickly became Skull :roll

A guy at work told me that it's a gold coin donation to enter the SCG tomorrow . Not sure if he's correct or Not. But should be a good last day.
