This is time wasting. I agree that racist comments are not to be tolerated but a 15 minute delay is just garbage. Add that to wicket reviews, boundary reviews, and go slow bowling it just becomes a joke

Agreed, the game should have proceeded while the cops did their thing. Pleased to see the racism allegations dealt with so promptly and forcefully. A bit different how the Indians dealt with the Monkeygate allegations against Harbajan.

Well he has almost 400 wickets so he can’t be overrated. Interestingly though, he doesn’t perform well at the SCG

Shane Warne lovers will disagree but I'm really over his bitchy comments about Steve Waugh. His latest dig was in relation to Steve Smith batting with the tail. He said Smith was taking four balls an over and leaving the other batsmen to take the final two and that was the best approach unlike some players who left the tail exposed to protect their not outs. Loved Warne as a player but he's a flawed human being. There's a reason he was never made captain despite a terrific cricket brain.

Mate I loved Warnie on the field. Off of it he's a complete spanner. Waugh did the right thing in the Windies series and he never got over it. The fact he can't even give the bloke credit despite being one of our greatest ever Test captains and being a very good bat says that Warnie lets his emotions dictate his commentary on players.

Stunning ground. SCG and Adelaide the most beautiful grounds in Australia in my view. Been to the MCG twice, once for an AFL GF (Hawks v Swans) and once for a tour of the ground. It's big and imposing but I found it lacked character. To me it's a very large concrete and steel cavern.

Would have loved to have gone to Adelaide before they refurbished it.

Bellerive is another I need to get to. Always looks so picturesque on the broadcasts.

They were cleared of racist comments. There were Indian fans in the crowd confirming that they were just heckling him, there wasn't any racist comment made.

Yeah cannot wait for that. Kogarah Oval and Leichhardt Oval have been good to watch A-League at but SFS are where Sydney FC belongs.

What was said? All ive seen so far was a guy being called "shiraz". It has to be stamped out and they should be banned if anything racial was said. I just hope India takes the same strong stance when Australia tours over there.

I've been to the SCG many times and have never heard a racist comment from the crowd. Having said that I'm sure Sydney has it's share of red-necked racists like most cities of the world. If the guys picked up were making racist comments I hope they're banned for life.
