We start day 2 with Lyon bowling rubbish and Kuhnamenn not much better
5 overs 25 runs and with a lot of runs not taken while farming strike

Tell me again why it was necessary to drop Konstas ?
Marnus looks clueless and has for sometime
Head scores of 57 and 21 ok but not exactly the blazing start anticipated Konstas should have opened or no 3 instead of Marnus
 
The way we began today says to me that we might be in a bit of trouble
Kuhnammen bowls 2nd over of day in yesterdays dirty clothes
Lot of dirt Staines on both shirt and trousers from day 1 which was also hot and humid
No spare gear how unprofessional
 
We are playing cross bat shots to balls with variable bounce and turn
So playing cross bat to balls on the stumps is stupid and we've been here before .

Steve Smith another hundred, breaking lots of records this series as well. Kez going pretty well too on 79*. Australia on top with a big 4th wicket partnership thus far.

Sri Lanka basically given up, no one around the pads looking to take wickets. Really missing Vandersay who was probably their best last game. Not sure why they kept Peiris who did nothing much in that game.
 
Carey 100 off 118 balls and nothing said about the pace at which he has scored.
Sign of the times, where a test 100 scored at nearly a run a ball is just a good 100.
 
It’s great lately to see our batting lineup regroup and save an innings after an average start.
It’s been a long time since we’ve seen it.
 
Big bonus is the exposure Konstas, Inglis, Mcsweeney and Connelly have got on this tour. I feel as though they are getting things ready for the next stage of Australian cricket. Probably need to start getting the next gen of fast bowlers in and around the team a bit more
