Yeah they’re great, it’s great, the more countries that have success is good for cricket. I’m a fan of the Netherlands I was supposed to watch em the other night against SAfrica but I fell asleep on the lounge and woke up about 4am with crick-neck. To many late nights watching cricket.

Probably a bit late for the Netherlands to make the semis ........ but so good for the game.

Two years in a row, Netherlands have beaten South Africa in Men's World Cups. A remarkable achievement from the lowest ranked team in the competition against one of the favourites and one that will go down as one of the most memorable results in World Cup history.

Tbh, I’ve been pretty surprised with the low scoring so far. With so much 20/20 these days, teams are adapted to scoring so much quicker. There have have been some big scores, but for the most, teams are scoring more traditionally in the 250-300 range. Maybe being conservative as it’s the World Cup.

2020 is stacked in the batsmen’s favour but I think the bowling has been quality across the WC.
I just watched NZ score 103 in 10 overs so there’s still plenty of 2020 batting influence at the back end of most games.
