Right across all test playing nations batting has become fragile and Australia is not an exception. Unless it’s a flat track they serve up in circus cricket they struggle. Australia in the past were usually saved by one partnership when they got the wobbles.Been watching highlights on fox of India's last two visits where they won the series 2-1 both times .The glaring weakness we had imo was our batting line up in 2018/19 featuring Harris ,Sean Marsh ,Handsomb ,Paine and even our white ball opener Finch opening in tests .Needless to say very fragile
Next tour we should have won but Lyon was ineffective in Sydney and Pant was like a superman in Brisbane
Really important this time that our batting line up handle Bumrah ,Ashwin and Jedaja .
Mitch Marsh and Travis Head better not be rusty !!!

Anyway would imagine this series will be dominated by the ball with the Aussies having a slight advantage
Totally agreeMy personal observation of this is because of the rise in meaningless T20 franchise cricket.I know it is popular in some circles but i honestly believe it is systematicaly destroying the game.T20 has a small part to play in the future of the game but nowhere near what it is doing at the memoent.
Yep its garbage. If we lose ODI's because of this shit Itll be a real shame. My personal observation of this is because of the rise in meaningless T20 franchise cricket.I know it is popular in some circles but i honestly believe it is systematicaly destroying the game.T20 has a small part to play in the future of the game but nowhere near what it is doing at the memoent.
