No mate, I’m on a mercy mission to the Sunshine Coast. My only sister , age 82, has lung cancer which has now spread to her brain so we’re going to have a final catch up ( as she doesn’t want a funeral).
A sad, sentimental journey but needs to be made.
We stopped in Sydney to have Xmas with my son and family.
Leave early tomorrow morning, staying in Grafton tomorrow night then on to the Sunny Coast. Not sure how long we’ll be there.
I’d say Happy New Year but I’m not feeling it !

He’s been our best all rounder for years.
Don’t like his politics much but he’s a hell of a cricketer.
Deserved a 50 for that innings.

I like the aggressive way Australia has batted in this test.
Been a long long time since so many of them did it together.

Lets face it India are not that great
3-0 loss TO NZ ( Admittedly on pitches with ball turning sideways )
Played great in Perth ( thanks to Jaiswal 161 and our weak top 3 )
Thrashed in Adelaide
Would have lost in Brisbane if no rain
Now the wheels falling off in Melbourne
