I heard some info today that Wests Tigers have made an approach for the services of Cronk. I normally don't take any notice of this kind of info but it came from within the food chain.

Bill thinks this sounds good but will hold of on getting excited until Cooper Cronk say's this info is ridgey didge

not a flop….but he really hasnt produced a game winning/changing moment yet...IMO he looked so good in U20s because he had the perfect foil in nicholls...benji is what lui wants to be but we cant have 2 of them in the one team IMO

The salary cap will prevent us from getting anywhere near a top notch no7, so Timmy Moltzen or Lui or Nichol will have to step up to the plate in 2011\. Also unless we get a forward pack that can compete against the big boys a Cronk will make no difference at all. We need fire power up front and thats been the case for the last decade.

Nah mate…...yet to be determined. Moltzen in his 10 games or so in the halves has been exceptional.

Of course saying he's way better than Cronk is very premature....but so is simply shrugging Moltzen off. Besides, Cronk isn't proven in a side that isn't cheating the cap yet.

Hey Moltz is a good up and comer but there's no way he is a better half than Cooper.

Cronk has won a dally M -half of the year award.
Played 2 tests for Australia
Played 3 Origin games for QLD
Played in 4 GF's in a row.

He has big game experience and he knows how to win. The only question mark is whether or not he will meld with Farah and Marshal. We know that Tim does but he is missing in a couple of areas that we already know Cooper isnt.
