We are better off putting Nofo at fullback. At least he will work hard and support through the middle. If your fullback offers no ball playing ability, then you might as well put a physical high work rate player there.

Overrated since day dot. Would be in the bottom 3 fullbacks in the game. Look what Sloan has done in 7 games. There’s a player. Yet the fanfare around Laurie would make you think he’s shown what Sloan has. It’s laughable.

Barely had an error in his debut season and had a lot of quality touches last year so people are being a bit hysterical. But, like the rest of the team, he's started this year terribly.

Look at our recruit compared to Cleary. Light years better. Yes Laurie is not a top fullback but he's cheap and is what we need for now. Stefano, Papi and Kori all signed. Great recruitment.

Prefer Toa at back. But yes, Laurie might make it in star-studded team. Send him back to panthers where he obviously wants to be.

He was one of our best last year, no matter how many people want to re write history. Completely different player this year. Out of position, not putting his body on the line , and dropping bombs. Going to be a long long year.
