Daniela and Ayshford to swap positions

I think for the balance of our side it would be great to see Daniela start at Centre as he has so much pace, side step
and his defence has improved. Ayshford to move to the bench as our utility as he can cover the backs and forwards.

I would keep Brown at Fullback and my bench would be Fifita, Dwyer, Moors and Ayshford.

Starting pack would be Rhino, Fulton, Ellis, Gibbs, Farah and Payten.

Galloway needs some time in State Cup to get his fitness and form back then i would have him back in the starting side and Gibbs back to the bench. It would then be between Moors and Dwyer who would drop off the bench.

To me Moors adds a bit more than Dwyer at this stage of their careers.

Lui is just beginning to settle into the defensive combination with Ayshford & Fulton. Why would you consider changing that now in the lead up to the finals?

Galloway needs no time in State Cup. As I stated previously he made the second most metres in our pack against the Bunnies (only one behind Ellis) and this was after a head knock. He covered the inside gate in defence, dented the line and had a better work-rate than the rest of our prop rotation

u think Galloway needs time in reggies but ur prepared to put Moors on the bench?

that doesnt make sence.

Ayshford is the one who really needs to go to Reggies… Daniella should be replacing him and having Brown on the Bench if Wade makes it back..

Good call Smeg. People calling for Galloway to go back to State Cup are kidding themselves.

Lui defends on the left edge with Lawry and Ellis, not on the right, as was evident with the Gordon try when Lawry tackled Lui off flash. Marshall has moved out right defence and has been their for some time. The reason i guess is Ellis is like a protector for Lui along with Lawry, Benji can handle hinmself.

What's with all the negativity towards Galloway? I don't get it.

 Fitzy is MIA….

As for swapping...as has been said ...why stuff with someting that worked last week..

Only Sheens does that......

Galloway is miles ahead of Todd Payten and pretty much any other prop at the club bar Gower and Gibbs. Makes absolutely no sense to dro him.

watching ellis yesterday reminded me of watching ben kennedy at his best with the knights and manly.could really dominate a game with his line running and tackling.fultons also been great i think another off season with another 3 to 5 kg of muscle and fulton could be just as imposing as a runner as his lines are excellent and he is one if not the smartest footballer in the comp.could be our watmough.

While Benji has improved, he is still a little off looking after himself…

Either way, where he defends has very little to do with him looking after himself. The object of placing an imposing defender with Benji is to deter the big forwards working him over every set. Ensuring Benji & Lui do less work in defence is the priority on both edges...

I think Marshall only did 5-6 tackles yesterday and that is the ultimate result for a 6 or 7...

Galloway straight to the starting line up. He is a meter eater and no one is better than that in the Tigers team.

As for Ashyford and Daniela, I agree Daniela is better in attack than Ashyford but with Benji on that side, we need a centre who can protect him along with Fulton. So yeh, it's pretty tight for me so why change?

I don't think we should be playing with combinations too much at this time of the season. Ayshford has had a solid season IMO. His put in a few poor efforts but overall, has been solid. While Daniella impressed in his opportunity, Ayshford I feel has to stay. You don't want to mess with the defensive combination and in Daniella you have a good replacement. Competition for spots is quite healthy.

Beau has been good all year apart from his pretty poor performance at the back. On the wing he has been strong, especially in the air with cross-field kicks which is an area Lote has really struggelled. He also gets very involved at dummy-half and is good for team chemistry.

McKinnon I cannot understand why he should be rushed in. He struggelled for form and fitness at the Warriors and has struggelled for fitness here. There are questions around. Mitch Brown has been the deck-chair spending some time on the wing, centres and off the bench. While at fullback, he has mostly excelled. Under the high ball he has struggelled at times. On the weekend he was safe as a bank and got the sets on a roll. I think he should stay there.

Fulton was protecting Marshall and Ayshford. Blake can't protect Benji with arm grabbing
