Disrupted Service KAYO Titans game

I couldn't watch the game last night as a replay 1hr after game start. Also had the issue with Titans. Me thinks Kayo is not so great unfortunately.
 
I watched the replay on TV but had no sound. On computer couldn't get the replay - just comes up as a network error. Its annoying as most times i have to watch the games as a replay rather than live.
 
I’ve had issues with the stream stopping every few minutes on Friday night after having the issue at half time in the Titans game the week before. Kayo support said to scroll down in the home screen to the “live” channels section and watch channel 502 instead of just selecting the game I wanted to watch and I haven’t had an issue again touch wood.

Same deal, I couldn't get the replay going last night. I watched it live after the 20 minute mark but I wanted to go back and see the first 20.
 
I'm having problems too.
Cant get replay today. I couldn't watch the game last night as I had to go out. Very frustrating .
Pretty sure the problem is at their end.

Well coincidence or not it works after I updated my tablet and it now works on the phone which I didn't do anything to.
Maybe they fixed it at their end. I don't know.

You can watch the replay on NRL.com
 
Had a problem in the last 15 minutes ..."Network error" game did not come back.

Fortunately saw last 7 minutes at the start of the Rorters game.

Not good!
 
I couldn't watch the game live, so I was counting on watching the replay on Kayo at around 8pm, but received a blank screen. Apparently, the replay stream was down for all customers. I hate watching the game when I know the result, so the aim was to watch as though it was live. After an hour of trying, I used the Kayo chat functionality and spoke to a bot about the issue. The best the bot could do was send an email to their support team letting them know of the issue. I kept checking Kayo until about midnight before deciding to call it a night. At 9am on Sunday I received a brief email from a human being at Kayo named Gray "Thanks for reporting the issue you were having with the Tigers v Cowboys game last night. Our team are looking into the issue currently." The stream was then finally back up at 12:30pm on Sunday. I ended up watching the match without knowing the result, but it took a lot of work to avoid talking to people, avoid coming on this forum, avoid reading Apple news, avoid watching the Eels Roosters match as the commentators usually give away the result etc etc.

Long story short, it would be good to have a backup plan for when these instances occur. You can watch it on NRL.com or the NRL app but it's not possible to do so without spoilers. Whilst you can hide the scores on the app, you can't hide the news articles about the result and the video highlights spoilers.

I must admit I regularly watch Kayo and have only ever had 2 technical issues. Unfortunately both issues impacted the Tigers matches (Titans and Cowboys). Maybe someone at Kayo/Foxtel has it in for us!
