Excellent piece of journalism, sadly TA has had its rectum in the mounting position fot so long with the privileged class of player that they had trouble not knowing when to draw a line.Fancy making two seperate bodies to independently make a conclusion that Novak to come because he is their superstar. Tomic had tennis ability but was very unlikable on and off the court. Kyrgios has personality and is a likeable guy at times. He has a presence on the court that brings young people to the game. He does a lot of good off the court as well. He plays tennis as his job and doesn’t have ambitions to be the best he just wants to do his job and get paid.

Without getting into the politics to much,what sort of damage could this do from the point of view that he won in the court and that is our justice system,then the Immigration Minister decides personally that Djokovic gets removed for the safety issues...
You would think the Minister would have removed him before he even got to court if he has that much power...
The other aspect would be,how much damage has Tennis Australia done to itself as far as sponsorship,donors and members go...Either side of the coin,he is a drawcard anywhere and if he satisfied the entry level in the first place,maybe he should have been allowed to play...Personally I dont care one way or the other,TA lost me along time ago...
The one thing that has come out though is it doesnt matter how high a profile you have,rules are the same for everybody,its just that some think they are above the rules and law,and not just in the sporting arenas either.....
