Do the NRL REALLY WANT A 17 TEAM COMP?

Maybe just getting paranoid but 17 teams means one team has a bye every week . I note we are not landing
recruits, eg Bird, Nikora we are losing Luciano ,Kelma and Garner ,.We can't get a fair shake from officials , We don't get a mention from Annesley .it's like we are "persona non grata" .I hope our future assured . Thank God we are getting Papalii and Api . Would love Sheens to announce some more signings soon

And with the amount of injuries and HIA we have this season, an extra bye for each team is not a terrible idea if that's how it gets worked out.

It wouldn't be a merge it would be a take over. Can't see the Bulldogs agreeing to merge with anyone there would be anarchy. Will not happen.
