He doesn’t work well with Brooks. I still believe he’s our best player, needs to be kept in the 6 instead of shuffling him around.

Hopefully it’s not a long term injury.

No one ever works well with Brooks.
Career long issue.

Remember when it was Robbie's fault that Brooks wasn't playing well. It's shake your head stuff.

Always built in excuses for this guy.
Some one needs to speak up and state the facts.

The guy isn't good enough.

He's a running 6 that would benefit from an organising 7 outside him.
Some one like Cronk, Pearce maybe even DCE.

Needs a fresh start.
Sorry to the defender's.
The fan club just defends and makes excuses.
Sad.

Yep. Maybe Mbye makes him look good because Mbye does absolutely zero.

Well look forward to seeing 2022 and AD. Will be a leader next year just hope the other 16 follow him every game!!! If so we will do ok! Though deep down know there will be momenta of great frustration… just hope not goo many!

Surgery completed and set to return early rounds of 2022 according to the club :hand_with_index_and_middle_fingers_crossed:

I remember some dummies giving it to him last year cos he’d only scored 2 try’s in 30 games at the Bunnies.

Doueihi for mine is very much a player in progress.
There are glimpses of a champion just as there are glimpses of a journeyman only.
His speed will be affected by a second knee reco and his energy and effort levels seem to ebb and flow during a game.
Will be interesting to see him play next year as he, Stef and Laurie are our only current green shoot players.

No correlation between this and the fact that he used to pass the ball more?

Hard competition He's up against

Only tiger to make the list in any position tho.

Good on him.
The true captain.

Halves playing behind an inconsistent group of forwards will continue to be hit and miss.

great to see AD in a class of elite talent. he's the youngest of that crop and I think we're still a while away from seeing him hit his straps. he deserves the accolades this year being one of, if not our best player this season.

Shhhhhhhh......

Apparently if we get rid of Brooks, all will be unicorns and rainbows.

Douhie is like mbye as in he is a jack of all trades and master of none
Not quite a first grade fullback
Not quite a first grade centre
Not quiet a first grade number 6

You’re half right. Unlike Mbye who struggles, Doueihi is one of the best players at the club and has to be there somewhere.

But he wouldn’t make the starting storm side ..
that’s how far behind we are

He’d be a starting centre

No chance

He’d be behind Reimis Smith and Marion Seve?

That'a a good one GNR - Thanks.

Obviously not but we will win more and that will be a nice change.

You’re mistaken if you think otherwise. No way anyone still wants him here

Two non contradictory things can be true.

Us letting go of Brooks can be the right thing because of every reason already obvious to any rational person under the sun

Also we will continue to struggle cause we're a bottom four team across the roster, and the Brooks change will purely be for change, as there isn't much better on offer right now, but it can't get much worse.

These are both true, and no one is suggesting everything will be perfect once he's let go. (Which won't happen till at least 2023 anyway, so you should be happy)
