Ellis to front row?

Why not give him a bash up front with woods while keithy is out, like a gallon origin role.

Try starting with experience I think
Bell and Woods maybe
We need to set ourselves up from the start not be chasing our tails The Raiders are a big side but if we can control them in the forwards and force some errors out of them it will go a long way to a victory

No no no no no.

You want one of the games best back rowers to play at prop? Same as Blair up front. Just over exadurated speculation from a press conference last year.

If we do, we may as well move Marshall to halfback, Farah to #6 and Lawrence to fullback.

Bell, Farah, Woods in the front row for me with BMM ready on the bench with Moors. I would also like to see woods run onto the ball otherwise he is going to get snapped by the big Canberra forwards.

I agree. Ellis to prop until Galloway returns. It's imperative that we tighten up the middle field defense and he could play 80 at prop like Gallen. I think it'd be a masterstroke and would allow us to play Moors and Murdoch-Masila in their preferred positions and rotate the other players more to keep them on fresh legs.

Yeah I think Bell or Moors has to start. Not sure why Groat is starting. I don't think I would have him in the 17 full strength to start with.

I have to say it, how sweet it would be to have Dwyer replace injured Ellis.
So happy to hear he has feeling in his arm again !

rhino bell bmm fulton bench

interesting choice Ayshford at lock, he would see the ball more and i've been dissapointed with his performances at centre so far this year in terms of involvement in attack.

As far as Ellis in the front row, no way same with Blair keep them on the edges and bring Bell into the starting side

I'm happy to push Blair up front, but not Ellis at this stage. Gareth is too valuable on the edges and creates a perfect foil on the left for Lawrence. Defensively, Gareth is also better on the edges where Blair can defend tighter…

My first choice would be Moors to start with Groat shifting back to the bench and leave the rotation as it currently is with Groat for Moors, Bell for Groat, then Moors for Woods...

Pick either Blair or Ellis in the front row to start and then shift them to the backrow … Or start with bell
