Its hardly that bad…

In the group I was in, nobody thought it was a g-up, the crowd were not informed.

As it turns out it was a prank on Fatty for his birthday, he didn't even know about it and admitted that he didn't realise it was a g-up until he was told afterwards...

They made every attempt to make it seem real to the crowd, they even shifted the audience around to cover the gaps created by the empty seats.
