EPL 2015/16 Last Man Standing Competition

Default! Given one of the games has started looks like Mr and Mrs Tiger One are gone. But what happens if Liverpool don't win? Does a losing tip Trump, who is a convicted Rapist and Felon no tip at all? Or does a loss equal a loss no matter how it comes about?

I did PM tiger_one at lunchtime reminding him to make a selection.

I will be up till Midnight anyway as i'm watching Man City play and that is when the other 3 games kick off so tiger_one has until then .

If Liverpool loose and no selection is made by Mrs tiger_one or tiger_one then we will be equal winners as i'm not taking the win just cause they didn't make a selection.

But if this was someone else ? and not FT in this Position well the winner would be the one that bothered to make a selection , this has never happened before and looks dodgy cause it's happening to me .

C'mon tiger_one make a selection don't want it to end this way .
 
Ft you take the win if no seletions are made….everyone in the comp knows the rules and has plenty of time to put in selection....Selections were made in other comps...its all in the one sub forum..

You are an entrant just like everone else even though you run the comps doesn't mean you shou be treated differently...we are all the same...
 
Given there are only 3 games I think it would be overly generous to take a selection now. I agree with Geo. A loss beats a forfeit.

Don't be silly mate , the other 3 games to the Round kick off in 30 Minutes….pick a winner out of those 3 games .
The Round is not in Lockdown as i'm still up .

FT I don't really have a dog in this fight but either we're going to lockdown rounds 30 minutes before kick off or we're not. Full credit to yourself for being generous and to the T1s for, initially at least declining but I think it sets a bad precedent.

I understand what your saying Champ .

True usually Lockdown is 9pm but i was up last night anyway and i have allowed people in the past to put there Tips in on a Sunday Night but by then they usually only have 2 games to choose from , so they are disadvantaged in a way .

Lucky for tiger_one i didn't have to work this morning and i would of Locked it in at 9pm :laughing: .
It's all good nice selections Mrs tiger_one and tiger_one…....they roll on to next week.

Next Season i will enforce it Yossarian and you are right it sets a bad precedent .

Just like the Predict 6 Comp…..cause we have growing numbers to this Comp this year , Comps naturally go alot longer so there for the Point structure won't be taken into account on the Shield with the most Comps won with most Rounds winning the Shield. We will have a Tie Breaker on the 12th year amongst the Entrants with equal wins.

So from this Point forward the winner of this Comp will just have there name and year on the Shield , with no Total Points going on the Shield for each Season .
I will get it organised and get Geo's points taken out and just leave his name and year .

In the event we have 3 Entrants that has won it 2 times each ? then the 12th year will be a tie breaker between the 3 but a competition will still be running for Everyone to get your name on the Shield....will play it by ear but i will sort it out as we go .

In the next few Seasons if this Comp grows ? Each Comp will go alot longer…..look at the current Comp 😱pen_mouth: up to Round 10 i think it is . So it's the fairest way .

Every week i think Villa are going to pull out a decent game. Then I watch them play and think they look like a League 1 team at best. The back pass from 15m past the half way line was a nice touch.
