Esan Marsters wants out of Wests Tigers,

Wasn't there an article a couple of weeks ago saying a couple of clubs were interested in Marsters? Now this surfaces? A bit suss. If he wants to go, he can go. No pint in keeping a player that doesn't want to be here.
 
Didn't Jesse Ramien want out of the Knights for a similar reason-not enough opportunity! Doesn't the coach say where and how you play? If the reports are true, probably best to let him go. Not sure we want to sign Ramien either if he still feels the same way.
 
As soon as we get our back line recruitment in order he will either be improving his game as a lock/second row forward or be playing for another club.
Unless Madge does not see a flute there he will be gonski.

I don't buy this one at all. Do we really think Marsters is not buying in to a coach who is also his national team Kiwi coach? Me either
He's signed until 2020 so his manager is in a bind given he's had not a brilliant year and that makes any significant upgrade through us challenging
Agree with all on the lousy timing
Play out of your skin Esan, get us by the Sharks, then the eagles, then the Bunnies and then a cracking extension for all parties

Marsters was right centre, when Momo was there last week he scored 3 tries. Maybe Marsters should put himself in a good position to receive the ball and run at a hole.

@GNR4LIFE agree and am a little disappointed to see how easily our fans read into it all.
Perhaps withhold the outrage and see how things unfold first.
There is currently only the one negative article in circulation ATM and its from the Mole.
Even the DT are posting positive stories.

Just be proud and supportive of the boys for their camaraderie and attitudes etc., as this is the biggest game or moment of their lives and careers.
 
Who knows what to believe. If true, I reakon it's because Madge wants him in the pack and Marsters wants to stay in backline. I know he says he wants more ball, but he wants ball in space. Either way I'm not too fussed as he's definitely replaceable. Be careful if it's true Esan as other clubs will drop you very quickly if you bludge there as you may find yourself at a club with more depth.
 
If true and that's a big if- you really have to ask how much players/ managers think they can squeeze out of the game especially those players who have earned too much before they deserved it.
 
Is the Mole a Sharks fan?

If it's true it's no great loss, he hasn't exactly been killing it and his defense is ???
 
@jirskyr if true, it sounds like Marsters has been talking to Jessie Ramien. I suggest Marsters needs to ask himself why he has had a poor year rather than seek an out from the club....weak minded if true
