Love Demps, but could do with a break from him. The macho man routine was in overdrive,

I must have said something he didn't like lol. Had been dropping my name in random threads for 2 weeks lol.

I'm surprised how some folks can carry grudges across threads even when the original discussion was finished.

I don't get it either, I'd get a notification and see that he had had another crack at me lol. @MAGPIES1963 used to do the same thing to me before he was banned as well. @Demps kept accusing me of accepting 9th place in every thread because I don't believe trials are important. Anyway that sounds like me having a crack at him and I'm not, just found it funny and quite liked him lol

Did you get @MAGPIES1963 thrown out? I wondered where he was. Who's going to welcome every new member, flood every post with a thousand emoticons and wish us happy Christmas from September on?

No, I think all the flooding led to his demise though. He was an argumentative old fellow though but he made me laugh. He eventually blocked me because I questioned him about putting the Magpies before the Wests Tigers lol

He and I are about the same vintage but he was a cranky old bloke. We had a couple of tiffs but then he started liking every comment I made no matter how mundane or inane. That was a bit spooky. I think you and I had a bit of a disagreement over the Farah - Pascoe saga. All water under the bridge.

We probably did, I actually said to @MAGPIES1963 once that I am very opinionated and speak my mind but enjoy it when others of differing opinions do to. I enjoy the debate and told him that we may disagree but to keep posting. Next time we disagreed he crack it at me in pm and blocked me lol

The off-season has proven to be a bridge too far for a few people this year! How long do people get banned for?

Demps did a good job getting the fitness thread up and running, wonder who will smash the biscuits and sausage rolls now without his encouragement??

This forum spent much of the offseason on the verge of exploding lol. Mods actually did a good job of keeping a lid on it for the most part.

It’s pretty easy we are very reluctant to ban anyone tbh we are all part of the Wests Tigers community with a common passion but when you go around make it personal and start calling every second forum member gay or breach forum rules in regards to swearing and the like you are going to have a spell... either permanently or time to cool off.. the cooler

A wise man ink...told me very early in my forum years before this one ...debate the post not the poster
