Who knows. I think though this is where guys like yourself need to stand up and state well this is disgusting and WT's management need to be sacked. They are file people.

That is exactly what you and others like you have been saying about Robbie/Ayoub. Now the show is on the other foot you need to show some integrity.

I said earlier that Robbie hasn't done much wrong.

I'm not a Robbie fan but that is mainly because of too many hog plays that he has made in the past. It's based on on-field performances. I can also see how good he has been for the club.

The shoe is not on the other foot. Robbie and his manager have made direct quotes to the press in the past. WT management has not. It seems unlikely they would considering we are still in semis contention.

There is only one person who directly benefits from putting this mess in the paper, and it's Robbie. It's not as though he is even denying anything. The initial report said he was considering legal action. Allegedly this came from "sources close to Farah". Channel Nine then contact Farah directly, and he says he WAS considering the action, but has decided against it.

I guess there's chance both sources are just outright lying, but it seems unlikely. More likely, it was his manager or someone who is known as close mate. Or Robbie.

That was great to read. Now the question becomes is the club really acting with absolutely no integrity and leaking BS to the media or did the media just make this up ?

Lots of silence now. Farah and Ayoub get hung whenever a story that has their smell on it come out. This definitly smells of something leaked by the club. So is it ok for them to play the media game, because if it has come from them its nothing short of disgraceful. Pascoe, its time to earn that lovely pay cheque you get every month.

The several law firms who rang RF offering to take up the case were cold calling were they ?

was one of them Brydens JT?

Maybe Slater & Gordon …

I disagree with you. I don't think Robbie has said much wrong at all especially when you put it into the proper context.

I also think that this is a classic example of when there is a chance that this all came from the club in an effort to put Robbie down the usual suspects that hammer Robbie don't say a thing at all. It's the same as reports that Moses and Brooks want Robbie out or that Tedesco told Robbie it's time for him to move on. If the roles were reversed there would be outrage.

The report was denied by Farah. Its an article based on rumour. Unless you know otherwise??? If so, please enlighten us.

comprehension skills arent your strong suit ?

**Nine also reported that several law firms had contacted Farah offering to take up the case but those offers had so far been rejected by the 32-year-old.**

Oh my bad, if channel nine said so it must be true. Their report you imbecile is based on unnamed sources. A tv channel trying to make a story, no it couldnt happen.

You need to be careful…. You got banned for name calling before... Why not man up and apologise to Vlad?

As for that weidler story.... How unethical is Farahs lawyer.... Contacting Farah & ayoubs media mouthpiece and commenting via email
.... No ethics whatsoever

Seriously dude… You have no idea.
There is nothing whatsoever to gain for the club to be behind this... Particularly on the eve of our biggest game of the year and a possible blockbuster at LEICHHARDT a week later.... It make no sense whatsoever.
It makes Robbie look a victim and the club look bad
Seriously...clutching to a tenuous nothing you guys

Why do you think that either party had anything to do with it unnamed sources can come from anywhere with no credibility and still the media would write about it.
It's a story -he could have read it on a toilet wall for all we know.
The problem is until it is resolved the finger pointing will continue - the club is in the box seat - just end it.

I think it's all a media beat-up including the stuff that Robbie has been hammered by in the past. I just think that now the shoe is on the other foot the Robbie haters should be saying the exact same thing that they say when they get any ammo to use against Robbie.

I guess that in this instance though because it doesn't suit their agenda they will let it go. The whole of this drama should have been let go.

The. Shoe. Is. Not. On. The. Other. Foot.

People have hammered Robbie over things he or Ayoub have said. You may think what they say is all fine, others don't. The source is not open to question, just the interpretation. Now what, you think people should attack the club over this story even though there is nothing that suggests they were responsible for it?

What makes you say the club was responsible for this story?

Ok tigers2005… Don't apologise to vlad, just makes you look even dopier when it is he whos correct

To dumb it down for you.... Weidler and Ayoub are as thick as thieves.
Go and Adams.... Well, the link is stretching it at best

There is as much proof as stating that Robbie and Ayoub put out all these articles.

Farah retweeted the story about the club being responsible for Akauola almost necking himself, shared posts on his Facebook that criticized the club and bad mouthed JT.

Can i keep going?

RF wants his contract money,WT dont want to pay it,hoping another club comes to the fore, the same thing is happening at Manly now with two of there long serving players who are under contract for next year.

To make him look bad, to win the supporters over. Again who really knows whats going, but its a circus that needs to end.

You know what, all the fan anger about this whole situation is a bit daft. What no-one seems willing to acknowledge is that all the following statements can be entirely true:
1) It would be best for all parties if Farah moved on.
2) Farah is no longer worth a superstar salary under the cap.
3) Farah could have handled this situation much better.
4) The Tigers have treated a club legend shoddily, and could probably have got a better result by doing a lot of things differently.
5) Farah was entirely entitled to sign the contract he was offered and to decline to walk away from money he is owed or sign at a club he doesn't want to play for just to do the Tigers a favour.

Personally I quite happily believe all five of these. Why do so many people want to turn it into some sort of contemporary morality play?
