Farah's scan results

Well, farah basically carried the team throughout benji's injuries, and at least kept us in the hunt most weeks. Its time for benji to step up and do the same in farahs abscene if it occurs.

Elbow injury can have long term implications if not treated as you may develop chronic injuries within the joint, i.e. tennis elbow, meaning he would be playing in constant pain in elbow and possibly his back.

if Robbie does not play on sat night.
just be reminded of who-ever takes his place, will not have same impact as robbie, so don't expect it.
just pray that they have a good solid game.

we can't seem to take a trick this year. my only 'hope' is that with all these early season injuries we can hang in there and have an injury free run home.
we will find it extremely tough if he misses the game - new hooker, new half, penrith on fire. hopefully they will be a little complacent. i'm also 'warmed' by the fact that we beat the eels (who we struggle against) and had two tough away wins. I keep telling myself this is the year where things turn round for us - beating the panthers would be another plus, beating them with an understrength squad. priceless.

Sometimes I think we were cursed after 2005\. Farah is a very tough player, has played with very painful and on going injuries before. I would not be against resting him for 2 weeks, plus the bye and then effectively he would of had 4 weeks off before playing Souths at the SCG.

We go 4-4, dissapointing but not season over by any means. Or he could just play with needles all season, and that could end up worse. Like I said he is very couragous and at this time ofyear he won't be wanting to miss a single week. Be interesting to see what happens, however you wouldn't bet against him leading us out on Saturday Night.

It makes no difference one way or the other we were getting a touch up on the weekend regardless..what,s more important the next 3/4 weeks off for Farah or the entire season we have a good kid in Corby to fill in Galloway should be given another week as well.I am more concerened with other selections! Injury crisis …we do have 2 senior teams and a 20,s team to select from maybe the favourite selection method should be set aside and select on merit.I find this is more a coach crisis than any thing else.

My actual preference is for Carr as he is the most like Farah but he is not on a top squad contract so Corby will do.

The other option would have been Rhys Curren as he played interchange hooker and is a very strong ball runner and defender

That'll have the Panthers worried Smeg 😢

The Panthers are not the al conquering Norsemen returned from Saxony though. They are very beatable as they have alot of games of complacent football when they meet under strength size. We are as likely to get up as get severely belted. Makes for an interesting telecast though

Very true. I think we are far from out of this one, even without Farah. If a committed tigers team turns up, I found it highly doubtful we will get thrashed, and expect we will be in with a chance deep into the second half.

Depends on whether the boys keep dropping the ball like they did last week against the dogs.
The dogs wernt good at all. 6-0 @ half time is very bad with all that posession…
We were our own worst enemies.

This week we will need to settle down and ensure that we complete sets to ensure we have the ball for an equal amout of time. This is the key.

Penrith will go to peices if they are forced to defend to much.

lol ….. thats true

Just as long as we don't meet our Waterloo at 5.30 on Saturday night ! Not sure we have many Napoleans in the team that can lead the fight.

Well with a bung elbow Farah could have a pocket sewn in to his jersey for support and have the Napolean look

That's it, if the Tigers can come out fired up and control the ball and win the possession, well they are a chance. What they cannot afford is a repeat of last week, with or without Robbie.
