After the 1st half of the friendly v Croatia I'd say this

We look solid from the back

We are offering almost nothing up front

Yeah I would have liked to have seen Troisi in this match. I think he offers more then Oar in the number 10 role.

Croatia are in 2nd gear.

If that

If we can't score first with the current side we are in trouble

All opposition teams have to do is stick all their players after scoring behind the ball and we are screwed

And Happy - if they are not in 2nd gear then they are crap as well. Brazil will slaughter them in the opener next week.

I wonder what cheap plastic rubbish some clever marketer will come up with this time to make a fortune and annoy millions

Other thing is Bresciano

We showed sparks when he came on , I don't think we have a choice , he will have to start

I watched about 40 mins of the game, we really should have drew based on what I saw of it. The goal was as soft as they come and I'm not certain that Jelavic was onside.

We seem to lack the ability to bring the ball through the middle. They've improved on the game against the Saffa's and against a far better quality side as well. It's a pleasing sign.

I think he means the vuvuzela, but from memory it has been banned. I think it will be drums that might get a run this time.

It was a back handed shot at the balls they used at the last World cup

Many players thought they were crap

Vidal in doubt for the game against Australia, if he's out that gives us a huge chance to pull off the upset, he's a class player and probably Chile's most important.

In other news Ribery and Reus out for the tournament. Huge blow for the French (I thought they were a solid smokey, but without Ribery they're no chance in my opinion) and the Germans.

1 all I reckon Happy.

The Chileans will blow us away in the first 30 and put an early one past us, and then we'll regroup and bag a late one. We're continuing to improve and while Chile are a more dangerous side than Croatia, I reckon the kids will lift for the occasion.
