Today i hit chest,
Consisting of
Dips on the tower, 3 sets of 12
Incline dumbbell press, 3 sets of 10
Incline flys, 3 sets of 10
Flat dumbbell press, 3 sets of 10
Flat dumbbell flys, 3 sets of 10
Dumbbell pullovers, 3 sets of 10
Then finished with this thing I saw a NZ bodybuilder on youtube do where u squeeze one dumbell on both sides really hard and press it. Just get the blood flowing in the pecs when u squeeze and press.
