Mon; double leg presses to slowly build strength in right knee area.
Wed : plank style push ups, jumping up onto a thick black foam square, small double leg jumps forward, half nordic stretches ( for upper thighs ) calf raises.

Get on the creatine bra.
Most researched and beneficial supplement ever.

Value for money, not overly expensive , lasts a while.... anyone can take it from 12 to 99.

Good for the joints, muscles, recovery, everything.

I'm no supplement guy but I highly rate this stuff to everyone who trains. It's amazing. Look into it.

Welcome back mate, better to get 10 in the bin than sent off!
Which creatine supplement brand do you recommend? Are they all much the same?

For the most part man...
If you get just regular creatine and not the sugary flavoured ones like cell tech.

I just get the optimum nutrition one.
Last about year or so.

Mix it with water- no taste.
Easy to drink.

Only supplement everyone agrees on.

Cell tech ? everyone was drinking that at one stage
Sweet as

Cell tech is mad.
I had good progress with it.
So full of sugar though.
The flavours were all delicious too.
Taste like hubba bubba chewing gum..

I'm trying stay away from sugars.
Regular creatine cell tech.

I'm all about these 2 glamours:

The red one was pretty good
What is the monster like?

It's great man.
Full of vitamins and no sugar or cals.
Helps burn fat imo.

Tastes like Sprite sorta.

Not dirty like some of the other sugar free energy drinks.

Mate if you're clean living you're not drinking that garbage.

What's the issue?
It's free of sugar and no calories.

I don't drink coffee and sometimes need a perk.

It's the stuff in it that raises your blood pressure and causes your heart to go into atrial or ventricular fibrillation that I'm talking about, not the sugar or calories.

Caffeine? Lol....

I don't have em every day but this one helps with burning fat and has ginseng in it which is good for our testosterone and erections.

#facts

Not on it's own, no as I am pretty sure there's less caffeine in an energy drink than a cup of coffee. It's the combination of ginseng, caffeine and guarana that causes the problems.

If you need energy drinks to get a stiffy mate, you're doing it wrong 😉

Tidy man.

I'm on the almond milk with protein shake.
Double choc... satisfies the chocolate cravings too.

With gyms closed (for 6 months??) anyone else spent the last couple of days working out a home gym? My local rebel was stripped dry. Have been able to get a 100kgs of plates, with Olympic bar and dumbbells. Looking to get a rack today but everywhere is seems to be sold out. I think much like the TP, once everyone has stocked up gear will start to become available again.

Hey All,

I know I'm late to this party, but anyone know anywhere in Sydney I can but a 10kg medicine/slam ball?

Check: Aussie Strength (Smithfield) and gym direct (Taren Point) would call tho as most stuff is out of stock.

Edit - look on gumtree as well

When i was running around trying to get what I could, most places (were sold out) said to late April would be the likely period for containers from China with supplies to be back. I bought floor stock from one place that was gunna close up anyways until the shipment arrives.
