Fonua Pole #257

His first half effort was lacking but he was not on his lonesome in that respect.
A lot better second half.
Deserves more digs so we can see what he really has. Either way, we need more recruits for the front row.

I think you have forgotten Stefano who still seems to be getting over an injury
Start with Stef and Pole next week.. put the wind up Musgrove and seyfarth.. see if they really want to play first grade..if not feel free to look elsewhere or play out your contract in reggies.. realistically W/T is the only club they'd get a start with at the moment and they don't seem to grasping it or maybe the talent just isn't there..

I am pleased for Pole. It is good to watch the start of an NRL career. Pity we didn't get near the Warriors' line as Pole steps of both feet like a three quarter. It is a good start for the new generation. The remainder of this year should be introducing our younger players to the NRL.

Glad to hear he did fairly well on debut. He and Dias were the only reason I was considering watching the game.

Good effort from Pole today! Defensively in everything and held his own. Hard to get involved offensively with the little ball we had and then it seemed to be our back 5 running hit ups for most of the sets. A lot to like from a 20 Year Old in his 1st game of NRL. Will only get better with more experience!

I thought
Steph , Pole , Joe O , Garner , all played well , I also think we were much better today than previous games , throw in Blore , API and Papi future looks ok , just another prop or 2 and a centre
