Demps was kind enough to share one of his fav Lebanese Kebab recipes, it looked amazing on YouTube so I just had to have a go......it turned out like a train wreck.
My cooking sucks sometimes, it really looks like a massacre.
It tastes awesome though, pity I had to eat it with a spoon 🤣
Haha, what?
No good ?

What went wrong lol

First of all, it tasted like I was in heaven but....
the meat kept falling off the skewer and before long I had a frying pan full of mince 🤣🤣🤣
Mate when it comes to cooking I suck!

Haha yeah the skewer part is hard.
I hate it, I prefer to cook it like traditional mince.

Still tastes the same. Haha.

Sounds like ya did alright if it at least tasted good.

I know you can buy a mini version of a kebab cooker, I'm going to look into it.
Do you know if you can use steak - say rump, and put it thru a mincer to cook kebabs because I'm on a fat free diet, it prob won't stick together hey.

Many years ago, like 2012 or 13, someone shared a soup recipe - sweet potato and pear. It is the best soup I've ever had. Does anyone have the recipe?

Nana Shanks!

I know, I know - you're thinking Cannabilism.

Take one Pork Forequarter Chop

One Avocado

One Ba Nana

BBQ the Chop

Smash the Avo with Klein's Melon

Smash the Nana with kindness

Place the Avo & Nana on top of the Chop.

Serve with Beer.

It's a ripper. Jack
