Funny how

there has not been words from Benji to the effect of "Kicking out on the full was my mistake, I let my team mates down" or remotely putting up his hand…except, of course, if it is to upgrade his contract...

Still filthy after 48 hours...

Funny how when we lose benji is the only one to blame. Not bad for a guy well past his best. But I guess its easier to kick someone when they are down than it is to be objective.

And no im not related to him or one of his mates… Id be happy to see him playing overseas next year in the ESL even though that's never been mentioned as an option for him

Benji isn't playing great footy but he isn't as bad as is being made out and he is far from the only one to blame.

OBJECTIVE, that is the key word. We each have our own opinion, but if we are all objective, there should be little difference between them. The vast gulf in difference with some of the posts shows a lack of objectivity.

Seriously though, while it was a mega stuff up, if we expect all players to acknowledge every error…well, whats the point?
Theyre human, we all make mistakes, it wasnt intentional and we all know it was a whopper. Its done, cant be changed

Well earned.

Good to see your subsequent post, for a moment there I feared you had been dragged down to others level.

Nor have there been words from Farah saying he stuffed up defensively on the Fifita try.
Nor have there been words from Sironen saying he let Bukuya score a try.

Go have a bath

Farah said on radio that the ref called him offside, so he didn't tackle Fafita, believing team mates would.
"In hindsight I should have given away the penalty" he said.

It wasn't just one person that let the team down.
The upside was that we made them look like amateurs in the second half. Wests have the skills, we just need consistency.

Hang on, the other guys that made mistakes other than farah aren't after a two year extension upgrade worth $1.5mil.

Failing to find touch, passing over the sideline, missing 9 tackles or whatever it was in the Broncos game, I would gladly accept that from a junior like Moses or Brooks but not from our 11 year veteran.

I am happy to resign him to end 2017:

2014 $750,000
2015 $750,000
2016 $375,000
2017 $300,000

If he can earn more in rugby for the last two years then take it. And to think I started to get excited when he kicked to the corners…..

I think that any extension has to be a calm business minded decision and I think that this is more than fair enough. I'm surprised Benji hasn't mentioned this as well.

He earns 500K a yr and has a supermodel wife. If thats what you classify as being ''down'' well then id be happy to trade places if its too much for him.
