Galloway Released to Leeds...

Can't believe some of the comments on this thread. Consumer society, no loyalty and no respect, with supporters like that we definately deserve the status quo. Rubbish club rubbish supporters, our public urine showering, cold blooded, player biffer, bake beans eater whilst driving statistician coach is a true demographic reflection of the clubs board and fans. Good onya Galloway, champion bloke and all the best going forward. Worse sporting club in Australia representing 0 morals, 0 values and 0 professionalism no wonder the NRL will kill us.. We had one good going for us as a venture, and that was skill and innovation, an attractive style of footy.. Now that's gone and we are left with dud supporters, dud board and a Coach who's mentally retarded.. Yep top 16 side in 2017.

Yep, love it.
TOB spruiks on about SOME ppl on here not showing respect, then berates all supporters and the club and the coach with even more venom than all the posts combined.

To top it off we have another poster calling forumers cowards hiding behind keyboards? Oh by the way, their name is "Tigerspirit". Now there's a hero if ever I've seen one because they use their real name. Gotta laugh.

My favourite Keefy moment was his rampaging run v Canberra in the 2010 semi final

Anyone else want to add there favourite Keefy moment

My favourite would be the absolute bell-ringer that Keithy hit Scott Logan with years ago. Cleaned him up good, Logan got up mouthing off so Keithy put one on his chin for good measure. Those werethe days when he was a super-fiery hombre. Thanks for your contribution KG,all the best in Pommyland.

Havent been a Sauce fan for many a moon, though wont kick him on this announcement all the same.

He was always an honest cornerstone prop, nothing more nothing less. Thats not a bad comment, as every team needs a platform setter, someone capable of taking the opening sting both ways.

Good luck in Europe KG, honestly, and thanks for your service. You are a diesel, a few paces deeper running onto the ball will change your game in a massive way. Hope you find a home abroad.

What a dumb post.

The drivel in this thread from some fans is a disgrace!

Keefy doesn't deserve this crap.

keith has always been a terrific tigers clubman and always has given it all for the team.
wont be critical of this guy and really hope all works out well for the ' sauce '.
leeds are a good outfit and they will benefit from having him in their ranks
all the best 'sauce' !

Good luck to Keith in his next venture. However he hasn't been playing as well for us over the past few seasons, so I think he needed to move on. I have found that a lot of our players seem to become very complacent over time, I hope this is not a culture at our club :brick:

His time in the NRL was over a couple of seasons ago ..a smart move to the ESL his earning capacity will lengthen some what ….enjoy !

Big Keith, thank you for your, blood, sweat and effort for wests-tigers over the years.
Some on here, may have a go at you, but I would be surprised if they were put in your place, they would still be playing.
Enjoy the next chapter in your career and life with your family

Very happy for big KEify. Great opportunity to stay on the big coin for another 3 years and give his family a great adventure.

No matter what you think of Keith our win rate was always higher when he played. EVen in later years he kept the ruck tight and found the ground well often creating quick play the balls.

Keith Galloway speaks on his time at Wests Tigers after announcing on Friday night his decision to join Leeds Rhinos in the Super League at the end of the season.

"I've loved every minute of it," said Galloway after telling teammates on Friday night.

"It's a great Club.

"There's been some struggles in the last couple of years, but there were some really good years in there when we were challenging for the premiership which was good.

"But more importantly, I'll cherish all the friendships I've made — the players, the staff, the fans and Members — that's what I've loved most about being here.

"I'll be a fan for life now, and Wests Tigers will always be my family's Club in the NRL."

has been a great clubman all the best.

now we only need to get rid of 30 more players, then we can bring in the under 10s as the next furture stars. what gets me who the hell are going to replace these players and dont get me wrong they need to go but we cant buy anyone so whoever it is ,.is going to be a young player thrown in the deep end, THIS CANNOT END WELL.

Which is why I really feel for JT When the frustrated masses want to throw him under the bus.
