You'd think Canberra or Newcastle makes the most sense if Sydney is out.

With the lockdown in Central Coast as well, I'd think Newcastle would be ruled out.

Isn't there a 50% capacity allowed only throughout NSW?
I understand Newcastle isn't Central Coast but can't imagine such a big event being held less than an hour away from complete lockdown zones. In saying that though, Brisband had theirs last year with 100% capacity.

Newcastle isn't as lockdown effected as the central coast at the moment.
Things may change though.

Some venues are turning away people with Sydney or Central Coast addresses on their I.Ds.

Not sure how keen they are to have people from anywhere rolling up with their germs.

All the delivery drivers have called in sick cos of adverse effects from covid vaccine so he's pulling double shifts to make sure those pizzas get delivered. Guys probably exhausted.

They may not have the game at all, I am just hoping that there are no crowd restrictions for the Tigers at Suncorp, I can’t remember the Tigers playing a Sunday arvo game at Suncorp.

My favourite one was, I was sitting on the hill at Newcastle with my cousin who was down from Rockhampton. I saw Kingy walk into the ground and told my cousin to make sure that "that guy doesn't see me because he is a pest" My cousin yells at him and points to me. Kingy then walks straight up to us and plonks down in the middle of our group. The entire game he is sharing a beer with his stuffed tiger "Schooner" spilling it all over my cousin. After the game I found out he was sitting on my cousin's leg the entire game lol.

For years my cousin and his wife would pick kingy out on the TV broadcast, sadly his wife passed away last year and I'm trying to get him down here for a LO game as he has never been. Hopefully no one sits on his leg this time.
