i couldnt make it to the game :frowning: ... but i will be watching it on my uncles 52" LED...

... wearing my wests tigers jersey & scarf & screaming my lungs out at the TV...

I'm getting pretty nervous already…..

This is a Season defining game for us, all the odds are stacked against us.

Hi everyone

I will have a 3.5 hour drive to fill in some of the time before the game. I am sure I can find something useful to do the rest of it….

this is going to be the best game!!! really looking forward to seeing who takes to field. I have an exam tomorrow morning but i couldn't care less about it.The Tigers are going to sink all those optimistic greeneyed raiders and its going to be so sweet. Hope the boys are feeling good this morning and injuries have pulled up okay.

We have a great chance. I believe our team will be stronger than the one that took the field last week, and all the injury and sickness news has been foxing!
 
Listening to all the Canberra Hype is starting to make me think we shouldnt of bothered taking the Trip to the Nations Capital. Why would we waste our time and money flying nearly 2 teams down there for nothing, since we have little to no chance of winning? Apparently Campese is already the new Australian 5/8 and if he plays well enough, Channel Nine could easily promote him to being the "Best Player in the World they can Create". And apparently this Canberra Team is already being compared to there Great 90's generation or better… Why do we bother???

What was that?... Oh, I didnt realise there will be 2 teams running out tonight...

C'mon Tigers, if there was ever a time to Step Up, tonight is it. These peanuts in the Nations Capital must of forgetten about players like Farah, Ellis, Heighington, Marshall, Tuqiri & Lawrence. All 6 are a class above any player in there related position within the Vikings Team. Then we have a guy like Fulton who will have the job to MONSTER that pip sqeek 5/8 with the arrogant Uncle. Add to the mix our young brigade who just go at 100 miles an hour like Fifita & Dwyer, the Tigers are well in this match.

C'mon Tigers, FIRE UP and stomp these Vikings into the dust of the Nations Capital!!!

Its funny, I'm not nervous at all. I'm excited of course but I am so confident of our team and their abilities that I haven't been nervous at all since Monday. The articles I have been reading from Roycie and Toddy and the footage of Benji running around like a 2 yo have put all my nerves to rest. We are the best team in the comp and we are going to win tonight. I'm not saying its going to be easy, but we are going to do it.

C'mon Tigers.

Oh, and I am 'working from home' this morning (its a bit hard to concentrate) and we are leaving for Canberra at 2pm. Have packed the thermals, gloves, scarf and beanie, gotta love spring in Canberra. Can't wait to see my boys run out tonight.
 
I dont finish work till 8.30 to-night but i am excited & i know we can win, to all you wests tigers fans going make plenty of noise & support them till the end of the game & go tigers.
 
I feel sick in the stomach, but that could be from the Tequila shots last night. How did 'one drink' go so horribly wrong last night? My eyes feel like they are about to pop out of my head. OUCH!!!
Can't wait for tonight though. Popping into a meeting shortly, then outta here, train to Ashfield, hop on the bus and away we go.
 
About to head to the shops and get some supplies to take to Canberra (not game to eat their food), last night got the thermals, WTs coats, binoculars, sportsears, the whole works out ready for today. Can't wait, go you mighty Tigers, Magpies, Tigaaaaaaarrrrsss!
