whatta crap game at the end

gallen needs to learn to get the fark out of the way.

UP THE BLUES! FINALLY!!!! first time i've ever seen a blues series win

Am I the only one who gets annoyed when the refs aren't taking control when the melees start

Again congratulations to NSW better side won on the night

Also starting SOO games at 8.25 is a joke

Hard on the kids wanting to watch and stay up past 10 midweek

Woods and Farah were excellent. Farah close to man of the match imo. His kicking game was unbelievable. Not one kick didn't find grass. He made the most tackles of any player and only missed one. Nearly scored. He was superb. Man of the match between him and Gallen.

9\. Robbie Farah: The NRL.com Man of the Match. Had a massive 115 touches of the Steeden. Hounded Cherry-Evans all night with brutal attention. Some great tactical kicks for the sideline and deep into the corners. Directed traffic with calm and showed all his experience to keep the team grounded. Was the difference. 9

from nrl.com

and well described.

I was so impressed with Woods. He plays the game the way it's meant to be played. He has a bit of skill to him too with his ability of stand in a tackle and offload. He rarely gets put on his back. He was the forward QLD had the most trouble dominating. He got more quick play the balls than the rest and the NSW final surge coincided with his return to the game. He should get more minutes than he does.

the final try was because of his fast PTB and then robbie double pumping to hodkinson. hodko did well as well obviously but both tigers players did well in that try as well

I think the grand final in 2005 is the only sporting event I've been more emotional after. It's been a long 8 years with origin, but the players finally got it together. For all the crap I've given him on this place, Loz did a tremendous job sorting out the team culture and getting the right squad. Seeing how emotional the players were after the game was amazing, it meant a lot to them as well. They played for each other and not for themselves, which hasn't always been the case for our boys. I truly think we can go up to Suncorp and complete the sweep in 3 weeks.

It's more of a feeling of relief for me, it would have been devastating to lose this game, and then have a prolonged sick feeling leading up to a probable loss in game 3.

The Woodsman was unreal in his last stint, his quick play the ball did indeed set up the try, with a bit of lazy defence on the inside by our mate Ben Te'o as well wink wink.

Here's hoping Woodsy and Robbie come back to the Tiges with fire in their belly for some success, we need em

Hoffman was a colossus on the left.

Farah was just as good.

Dugan and Hopoate justified their somewhat dubious selections.

Reynolds was lucky not to go from hero to villain.

Woods is now the real deal. He took it to Scott in the middle and singled out Thaiday whenever tensions erupted.

It's about time.

A very long dark cloud has been lifted. I wake up this morning horse, tired and hung over but with the biggest grin on my face. I can never say again the BLUES haven't won since before the iPhone was invented. The best bit is today I can give it to the Queenslanders.

Our two boys were fabulous and made the difference. Woodsy's run and quick play the ball set up the only try of the match. He menaced Queensland all night. Farah was Farah, absolutely brilliant. Some 52 odd tackles in a SOO, outstanding. His kicking game was great as was his service from dummy half.

I am a very, very happy man this morning.

How good was Robbie Farah I think his the best hooker in the comp at the moment and I think he will win the dally m hooker of the year this year. And big Aaron Woods what a gun prop he is tigers legends.

I didn't know that - what a joke - he almost singlehandedly cost NSW the game - he never passes the ball, slow play the balls and just stops any structure in attack by constantly taking the ball at first receiver.
Hoffman deserved MOM.

Yea great game - it was his run pulling in 4 defenders then a quick play the ball that opened up space on the left for the try.
