Bulldogs CEO Aaron Warburton is putting a submission together to put surnames on the back of jerseys to boost branding of players.

Thoughts?

I personally think it's a great idea. I'd love to have a jersey with Luai on the back.

The only way I reckon it could work is if a player owned a number whilst at the club which means doing away with the current numbering scheme. eg the 7 wouldn't be whomever is playing halfback but it would be Luai till he leaves the club.
The NFL do it well with a range of numbers per position eg QBs wear between 0 and 19.

Paul Kent's on a podcast once again taking no responsibility for his own actions.
Thinks 21 beers isn't "a lot". (yeah I'm sure people on here drink more, but to the average person 21 is enough to put us in a coma)
Reckons he demanded the bloke in the scuffle apologise for insulting him. The irony coming from a man who's never apologised to anyone he's defamed.
Also reckons he was victimized by police because of his name.
Complete dickhead.

21 beers in one sitting is a pretty shocking abuse of alcohol. Power drinking like that never ends well.

Couldn't have happened to a better person

It's not NRL but I see Marty Sheargold was sacked for giving his personal opinion that he finds the Matildas boring.
It seems having an opinion that doesn't involve pretending womens sport is equal in quality to mens is now illegal.
Whether you agree or not, surely he's entitled to have an opinion.
Don't get me started on the cult that is the team that once ran fourth. The level of hysterical hyperbole surrounding them is just insane.
