On another note, get your hearts checked fellas.

One of the biggest killers in Aus, hear too often men passing suddenly. Happened to my dad too a couple of years ago. Even though I'm young I checked my heart out with a cardiologist a couple of months ago and they found a defect that needed surgery to fix. On the mend now so all good for now.

But get yourselves checked out, particularly if you are a bit older ❤️

There’s a lot things you need to monitor as you get older unfortunately. You just become more and more fragile. Have to take care of yourself.
