Really misty? Nothing I have seen read or heard about Grant has been negative. To me he seems like a very good operator who is fairly open with the fans and willing to be more so (to the best he is able to in his position) and the person who should be in line for the clubs CEO position.

If the only reason you have this hatred of him is because you did not get the satisfaction you wanted from being banned on a Facebook page, then perhaps you need to really consider what is important in life.

I know that if I was in his position I would not be putting much effort into worrying about some Facebook issue when there are far more pressing issues at the club and in the role he has.

Honestly how many emails do you think the higher ups get each week that are just people complaining about minor things that have nothing to do with the actual operations and running of the club? Of course they are not going to give you their 100% attention and are definitely are not going to put in the effort to rectify everything. There are only a certain amour of hours a day and when you are dealing with sponsors, media, players, agents and every other major stakeholder, these minor quibbles are really not going to get the attention of anyone.

Maybe I am wrong, but you are yet to show reason why his responses were so poor and have made you hate him. Perhaps if you show everyone the entire conversation (need both sides to see how you spoke as well) my and others opinions will change, but until then all we have is you whinging about your hatred of a man because of a small insignificant Facebook issue.

My old man's business is a player sponsor, and from a commercial point of view (which is his role…), Mayer has done wonders for this club. He goes beyond his responsibilities of Commercial Operations to talk to the every day fan through his Twitter account especially.

I've got nothing but praise for Mayer and what hes done for us so far. I too have asked a few questions on twitter and gotten a good response.

Can't speak for whats going on with FB as I opted out of that a while ago. Sounds like hurt feelings and ego bruising really.
