2021/2 for the Storm...there is this talk from media/fans that he has a clause to get out if Smith plays on..but nothing has ever been said by player or either Club..

It was interesting when interviewed tonight when asked about Maguire ..his reply was very positive I thought..appreciated the faith coaching and opportunity given here..

Agree a lot of Clubs would be looking to sign him..shows the benefit of not rushing rookies..at 22 he belongs from the get go..

Simpkin isn't ready. What is he, 18? Grant played two years of QCup before this and no one would have expected him to be as good as he is, even at 22.

Unfair to compare him to Liddle but it's unfair to compare a lot of 9s to Grant atm.

Bellamy wants to keep Brandon Smith so hopefully he has made some promises that will make it difficult for him to keep everyone happy.

If I was Bellamy I would put Grant at Hooker, Cam Smith (if he stays) at Halfback, Brandon Smith at Lock and Finucan to Prop. If they had done that this year I think they would be doing much better.

Tigers should pay Cameron Smith a bonus to sign on with Melbourne for another year

Cam Smith is so self absorbed it wouldn't surprise me if he went around again just to fill in a few more lines in the record books. Here's hoping because it's hard to believe that Grant, Brooks and some of those other young forwards that are going so damned well aren't forming bonds of some sort and starting to believe. There's a definite commitment on field which indicates good vibes off field. Fingers crossed.
