Hayne quits NFL

Good luck to him, I hope he kills it.
Whether it's been a lifetime dream or not .
He's wants to try to succeed in different things and is prepared to back himself and go for it while he can.
At least he wants to compete at the top level .
Unlike a certain motormouth boxer that ran his own Bum of the month club for years

mate this bloke could of played for Fiji in the next Olympics. Just lost a little respect for him. He should of stuck it out this season and see what happens.
Looks like we are going to make a play him????
Only joking, i agree he will be lining up for Roosters next year

Not too surprising, I don't think he would have made the 49s top squad this year. Good luck to him in Rugby.

On my phone, so can't post a link, but he's gone. Playing for Fiji in the Rugby 7's at the Olympics.

So Jarryd Hayne has quit his dream whilst having a dream …..
To follow his dream ....
After his dream wasn't a dream anymore .......
Dream .

Fiji 7s Team is ranked NO 1 and they have won a LOT of comps over the 15+ years BUT i doubt they have that sort of money to give to Hayne.

Im not sure what he is doing ..

Thank you Ron.

I may be wrong (wouldn't be the first time) but doesn't WADA require all Olympic athletes to be in the testing pool for 6 months prior to the games?

Agree,
The 49er's drafted a couple of RBs this year so maybe he saw the writing on the wall.

Maybe he'll do it for the love of it.
He doesn't need a ton load of money. He's already got that.

Why would you lose respect for him?
He's done what very few sportsmen would be able to do, or even get the chance to do
He's played in the Nfl, which is what he wanted to do, earned a lot of respect there , particularly, from those who know how hard it is to just make their squads ,let alone get on the field
Now he wants to go to the Olympics, good luck to him,
You gotta admit, it's not a bad life
