I turn a blind eye to all of that. Richo is fully committed to Wests Tigers and has turned the club around so I don't much care about his history or background noise unless he gets dragged off in handcuffs. That's more like the fairytale now unfortunately, every new day seems to uncover another knife in the back, this Richo stuff has me feeling a little uncomfortable.
A good outcome for us fans in my opinion is if the Wests Tigers board was elected by the Tigers members that would keep HBG at arm's length.Absolutely. I’m open to any suggestions/models that get us away from what we currently have.

I was cracking jokes mate. Of course.I'd pay that if I got 90% share but isn't that what most of us on here want to move away from?
This is exactly what's going on. We really have the most toxic people as owners of our club.HBG Smearing Richo to avoid a payout is absolute politics at its worst.
I know mate, I was trying to join in but badly it seems.I was cracking jokes mate. Of course.
Danica Mason but same networkYes he is. If it's Toddy I will walk backwards to Wests Ashfield. His only claim to fame is that he's a trainer who has dated some pretty good-looking women and broke an engagement with Yvonne Sampson (from memory). I know Moley suggested this (if it wasn't a fake post) but the guy has zero CEO credentials in his CV at all. Even HBG wouldn't do this. If they do I'll start walking.
Neither of us should probably take up stand up.I know mate, I was trying to join in but badly it seems.
Get the horn hat and facepaint out as you march to HBG HQ lolI can hear the “HBG out!” chant already.
Neither do I and probably all of us fans his pros are far in front of the cons but the trouble is the NRL won't look at it that way, if something dodgy has been done they will act.I turn a blind eye to all of that. Richo is fully committed to Wests Tigers and has turned the club around so I don't much care about his history or background noise unless he gets dragged off in handcuffs.
I like the thrust of what you're saying. The problem is, with HBG as ultimate owners, they are always going to want final approval on some decisions and the way things look now they seem to want too much involvement in football matters. I'd like to know more about how this set-up works in big clubs like Penrith and Canterbury. They have a similar model where the licensed club owns/operates the football club and seem to operate OK. Although Canterbury had had some board issues over the years but nowhere near as toxic as our environment.A good outcome for us fans in my opinion is if the Wests Tigers board was elected by the Tigers members that would keep HBG at arm's length.
We choose the four independents, the one Balmain and two Magpies representatives that way if someone acts up, we can vote them out.
The utopia we all crave yes.
The issue HBG have is that people in the game have known Richo for decades. It's not that easy to smear a bloke who has built up credibility over so many years.Richo is quite chummy with PVL and a lot of the ARLC guys …he would have known most of them for decades no doubt ….might be some blowback for HBG if thats the sole motivation for this
Gus is their Richo.I like the thrust of what you're saying. Oops,, yes it was Danica. I liked old Mick as a player but I'll never forgive Toddy from dumping Danica although he probably did her a favour.Danica Mason but same network
Given Todd's dad is on the board and a very vocal magpie i would say the push would definitely be on for name change after 2030
lol yes she is now with Liam knight I thinkOops,, yes it was Danica. I liked old Mick as a player but I'll never forgive Toddy from dumping Danica although he probably did her a favour.
Confess myself mate know bugger all how all these matters operate and the best way to resolve it.I like the thrust of what you're saying. I hope not because it’s been virtually non existent in recent times.Do they do our social media too?
Vicious they don't post on MySpace which is why you haven't seen any socials.I hope not because it’s been virtually non existent in recent times.
Look Richo also deserves to be innocent until proven guilty, but to be honest a lot of things have not been adding up including him being silent for so long.
Plenty smelled a rat surrounding the players recruited from his sons agency.
It doesn’t change the fact that at least some, I believe 4 prime suspects were plotting to change the teams name to Wests Magpies and had sinister intentions tj get their way.
I don’t know what type of magic mushrooms these people are on.
Love or hate Benji, one thing that is certain he at least has the right intentions and all his actions are genuine.
Maybe there is good reason why he is so keen on employing staff with a strong Wests Tigers connection, it’s hard to find anyone else who takes the place seriously or has the right intentions.
