You would believe anything mate ,,,, you think O Farrel is gunna exceed his authority? He is probably on several other boards and this is his meal ticket these days …

Well there is 2 sides to a story and most people are only believing one side of the story.
I couldn’t care less if HBG are involved with Wests Tigers or not, makes zero difference to me, but common sense tells you if important matters are not being raised and approved at board level, there is a problem.
That would still be a problem for whoever is in control.
We talk about board turmoil not happening at other NRL clubs like it does with ours, that is true, but I also cannot imagine major news not being discussed at board level at any other NRL clubs before it is revealed,

Thats micromanagement. Anything that was in the remit of needing board approval , went to the board . Otherwise , do these people not understand entirely independent board ? Like seriously what insight is Denis and his joker mates who’ve been retired for 20 years , about the financial decisions of the day to day running of the club. Like seriously ? It was the whole point of the review to stop that shit from happening … because HBG= OLD geriatrics with nothing better to do then screw shit up because life is boring when you get old ..

It is not micro management.
No business allows major decisions to be made without their board being consulted.

An independent review found an independent board was the key to fixing the club. The independent board was sacked within a year for acting independently. Wake up.

BOF said the Board had complied with its responsibilities in communication so someone is lying. Let’s say he did this, why not HBG just ask him to stand down rather than all 4 independents?

They litterally give the least amount of finances than any other club . We might as well be called the Oakland Athletics . Tight arse owners.

They didn’t find that the independent board members are allowed to make decisions without them being raised and approved by the board, you wake up.
Maybe the independent board members should of being covering all the costs if this was to be the case.
