And the reason being that...apparently, an item on the Dark Web attracted the interest of Ashfield Policed that said a large gathering of Baby Boomers from Ashfield Leagues Club Nursing Home dressed in 'nothing more' than short summer dressing gowns and in specially fortified wheel chairs and Zimmer frames and some even with solid wood walking sticks, were looking to cause mayhem against the Cochise raiders with heavy casualties expected amongst 'The Raiders' with sore toes from the Zimmer Frames going really fast and welts on the bottom from the walking sticks, before returning to their nursing home and being tucked in for the night by the new bloke Denny Burgess in his new job of bed tuckuinnereruh.
Alas, the big demo didn't happen, and no blood was shed.
But big BOF assured the dinosaurs there will always be the next one to look forward too, but he had his fingers crossed behind his back when he said it.

@BZN I honestly have a genuine question for you. I am no calling you out, not arguing your points, nothing but a pure and simple question.
What is your aim in posting on here? Everyone who comes on here and posts has a reason to do so, most are supportive fans who want to see change in the club. I just don't get where you are coming from with your posts, especially when you post the response you did that I have replied to.
I cannot figure it out, you claim to be making a point and arguing your side, but at the same point you discredit facts that have valid evidence behind it, you try to take down people who post, who are well respected members of the board, and then you make posts like the above that have no sensicle points.
Is it to genuinely put forward your side?
Is it to troll everyone for your own enjoyment?
Do you not have anything else you can do but visit this board?
Are you connected to someone in HBG and are just trying to destabilize fans voices?
Or something else?
I don't want an argument with you, nor some level of your usual response when people call you out. What would be nice is a genuine, open, detailed and reasoned response. One that all of us on here might be able to get an understanding of you and why you continue to post like you do.
You may or may not respond to this, as it does seem you are selective on what you do and don't respond to, especially if it proves your points to not be accurate, but I would hope that you do for this one, and that you do give a response that is beneficial and helpful.

That's a serious attitude problem when you've got a fiduciary responsibility to the club owners (i.e. members). They work for them, not the other way around.
I'm sure NSW L&G would love to hear this.

HBG saved the joint in reality along with the junior leagues. Criticism is fair however calling for losing control and or ownership is ludicrous. They need to increase footy IQ on the board within their group. Like them or not they own the club it’s a company they one shares
So how does this make Richo a thief? And his son a crook? It was in his contract. The same way Luai can leave, because it's in his contract.
In your opinion, should HBG take any responsibility for what has happened with Richo? Or have they done no wrong? Because you only kick the boot into one of them.... And suggest we give the other another chance...

What sort of contract allows soneone to leave on their own terms and collect 1.5 million on the way out ?
I cannot believe there are people with the opinion “Well done Richo, you earned and deserve every cent of that 1.5 million”
Money spent on his sons company that should not be allowed as it’s a conflict of interest and the bungled Galvin contract saga which was 10 times worse than it should have been due to the way it was handled, yet we have people saying Richo is an angel and and never does anything wrong.
