Unhealthy are the sycophants from Wests/HBG coming on here pushing their agenda. Not only do they believe they 'own' the club, they seek to counter anything that discredits them. Apparently they do no wrong.

Darcy got called out publically for not doing his homework. Rightly so. We all know Darcy is a grandstander.
As a supporter he will be silenced by the club doing well on and off the field just like all the other critics.
They want to keep dangling the bait by not sticking to the plan then they will continue to get criticized.

I see your point but agree to disagree , I did have a business and I did sponsor teams ( St Clair ) Penrith area , it was about 16 years ago and I paid $ 1500 for the under 12 team sponsorship , just so the kids could keep their jersey at the end of the year no matter where they finished , I did it as they had no sponsor , could we afford it at the time , it was boarder line , probably no , but I did it for the kids , Wests Tigers can afford to do it for a trial no issue , 1 game , it’s for the kids , our future players possibly ,

Well done 426, it’s never easy running a small to medium business with an ALP government, so you did well to find the donation.
The promotion and retention of juniors should always be a strong Wests Tigers focus.

You can't be calling out the lack of professionalism and competency from HBG, and then go and demonstrate the same flaws

I dont think he intentionally lied on the actual ticket prices, but trying to attribute the blame to HBG for setting his imaginary prices revealed a bloke way out of his depth.

Remembering that it was less than two months ago when the majority of WT forum spruikers had Darcy leading them out of the abyss and into the promised land 🙄

Wests Ashfield was built in 1955 to support the Western Suburbs Magpies. They continue to do that via all the clubs contemporary incarnations.

Maybe Laundy could buy the Balmain RLFC - given he was a supporter and I imagine it would go for loose change 👀

The reason was then removed from the website and the directors offered their place back. Yep rock solid reason..

The HBG is the reason fan feel disillusioned with their leadership atm. Instead of acknowledging that disillusion then send out their minions to attack the fans.

These guys are weak leaders of our club.

Only that we are not actually certain of what has transpired. I think the proof people are claiming can only happen in time.

History is part of time mate, HBG has no trust from a lot of people and that lack of trust is deserved. So instead of actually trying to rectify that they attack the people who rightfully distrust them.

The club does plenty for the community, but don't they also discount tickets quite heavily for a family of four?

it's not in a form that makes you comfortable, but it is a form of subsidy toward kids no?

We wouldn't be talking about this at all if they stuck to the plan - but we never know from one season to the next who or what is motivating their decisions because none of them appear to be in the best interest of the club or the fans.
The last thing fans want is more hostility at board level and unstable governance.
Impossible to believe anything that is being sold because there is a good chance the person selling it won't be there for long.
The old Wests people get on the defensive, and the critics get accused of having Balmain allegiance when in fact the majority just want better.
This is all self inflicted by those who are entrusted to be the advocates for the club. They treat the role as some God given rite instead of a privilege.
You are either acting in the best interest of WTs or you are not, and too many decisions have the stench of self interest ahead of what's best for the club.

It would appear the majority who want HBG to act for the benefit of Wests Tigers are Wests Tigers fans. They don’t want Balmain Tigers back, they don’t want Wests Magpies back.
HBG doesn’t seem to align with this thinking.
