It's almost like the club does zero scouting in Sydney. Maybe the new scout will change things but clubs like Parra and Penrith always have boys in these sides and then the Roosters throw the cash at a number of others.

I agree. We'll have to wait and see what improvements are now made especially now that we have lost Keebra Park.

Could well be a blessing in disguise that brings better results.

Well we have a new recruitment guy now, maybe that's the strategy, let the kids come on a bit more before over-investing.

As long as there is a strategy. Losing one of the top nurseries in the country and not replacing it would be awful. Rebuilding our affiliations with schools in Sydney other than Holy Cross can only help. Not just St Gregs either, but hopefully we can help them get back to their old glory days which are now sadly long gone.

For those wishing to see Alex Seyfarth's game, here is the live stream.

Good to see Seyfarth starting, seems pretty tall, but nearly all the play has been down the middle and the left side. Only had 2 hit ups so far. Blues well on top with all the possession 10-0 after 15 mins.

Was very quiet.

Good win for NSW though. 35-28
