Righto boys, my first attempt is fermenting away 8 days in. My plan is, and tell me where I'm wrong please.
Keep an eye on it until the air lock stops bubbling. Do a gravity test then a follow up one two days later to check it's the same level. Cool it down in fridge for two days then keg.
Should i be concerned about air being sucked into the fermenter during the cooling?
