How do you control your frustration?

By reminding myself it could always be worse.

I could be a Queenslander.

You wish you were a Qlder

You wouldn't qualify Sabre

Too many toes , not enough fingers and all those special relatives you have hidden in the cupboard that no one talks about

Do Queenslanders have 11 fingers and 9 toes now do they?
Didn't know they considered clothing to be family either.

Think all the ways mentioned here are quite moronic. We ALLL need to take a masterclass from Golden.

Prince ,Lockyer ,Tallis ,Ikin ,Costigan and Thorn were missing UD

Probably one of the most ordinary games I have ever seen , the only good thing was we won

Hey Lat their not jumping at shadows ,they are that far behind us that the shadows overtook them..and going further ahead of them…...

Screaming is one of the best release of stress.
It's like releasing a pressure valve.
My advice is keeps screaming!
(Good luck)

Yeah but when you have young ens you really have to think twice , year's ago my Daughter said "Dad you never get upset only when you watch the Tigers " cause sometimes i scream crap .
But you learn to mellow a bit when you got kids , Sometimes

I stopped at Ikin and went….

Frustration is hard for WT supporters when watching at home I make sure I'm not holding the remote.....

 x2 . But sometimes it's an advantage , when score are tight and the opposition is attacking our line you change channels for 1 minute to release the Blood pressure  ,.

Yeah true Snapper .

Good question - I've been at loggerheads in coming up with a reply
this is the best I could do in how I control my frustration - if thats what it is

The parable of a Cherokee Native American who was teaching
this principle of life to his grandchildren:

“A fight is going on inside of me… It’s a terrible fight, and it’s between two wolves. One wolf
represents fear, anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self pity, guilt, resentment,
inferiority, lies, pride, and superiority.
The other wolf stands for joy, peace, love, hope, sharing, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence,
friendship, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion, and faith.
The same fight is going on inside of you and every other person too.”
The grand kids thought about it for a while and then one of them asked:

“Which wolf will win?”
The old Cherokee answered -

"the one i feed"
