Not too many better second rowers played for either Balmain or Wests in the past.
The guy is all class - a credit to the game.

I'm a Wests Tigers fan first but in the ESL I'm a fan of the Airlie Birds, I think it's got something to do with them losing the 1985 Challenge Cup (met some Bradford fans after Origin 2 last year & when they asked why I went for Hull I think it was because Sterlo had such an influential game) but I digress, I sort of recall that Gareth wanted to end his career at his old home town club the Castleford Tigers.
I guess he wants to make as much as he can before the body calls it quits but I'm sure that if he had of signed up for Cas then things would have worked out for him as there would have been heaps & heaps of the minor sponsors come on board, what we class as the third party sponsorship, but then who doesn't want to play with the winners!.
