I am really excited about the unknown quantity this week. With our injury list as long as it is i am surprised that we can name a reasonable Team.

Win, Lose Or Draw i feel these young blokes will step up and have a go. I can remember the likes of -The baby broncos coming out and surprising the big names.I hope this is us.

Experience can be beaten with raw talent. :sign:

I hope your just as excited after the game. I believe we will go well but do have doubt. I think its a good side but they're only so many class players you can lose before you cant match other teams. I think we will at least put up a good fight.

It'll test our depth that's for sure. I guess it's good that we have a great production line of juniors coming through, plus fringe first graders that are really trying to push the regular first graders. I'm excited to see em do well, but thinking hue roosters have just an edge of experience over us.

The team Manly fielded against the Roosters in Rd2 wasnt as strong as the team we named and they rolled em. I think we can still beat the Chooks in spite of the massive injury toll.

I predict an exciting game & Ayshford best on field.
Will be good to see Daniela and the youngsters have another run.
Lets Go!

90% of NRL sides would be fielding a lame duck side ready to be slaughtered if they were in our position. We still have a scorching hot Benji Marshall and the class of Robbie Farah. Couple that with a forward pack that belted Canberra and played with alot of punch, and we are in with a fighters chance. The Roosters are a bit all over the shop at present and feel the pressure of being heavy favourites. It could be one of the clubs great victories if we can beat them on Sunday.

Unfortunetly due to the long term nature of alot of the injuries, our win/loss ratio will suffer. Young players are not consistent week in week out. However you cannot be too critical or ask for too much. Ill just be happy seeing the Tigers playing exciting football and competing hard. We have to be realistic and move the goal posts with this injury crisis. If we can win at 50% for the first half of the season I think it will have been a great effort.

It's really gutting that injuries seem to be crucifying our season so early. However it's also a good chance to see what other blokes are made of. And if they can do a steady job, and we get our Top 17 back in JUly or August then we can storm home.

Any team with Benji and Farah in it, have the potential to win any game, we need the young forwards to do it all again, which will be tough, I think it is acknowledged that the week in week out consitency is the hardest thing for young players to do when they first enter the NRL, but I think they are more than capable.
If we can get through this week we will get Ellis and Gibbs back as well, that will put us right back in the mix

I now it sounds stupid but i reckon we will win just because of last year, the roosters beat us 4 times in one year last year if you include the foundation cup, and everyone of them was a heart breaking loss especially the semi.
Tigers will stand up and give it to them…

Tigers by 8

I think we can win if we play well as a team without to many mistakes. the only thing that bothers me is that thr roosters have lost 2 in a row and will be out for a big one. tigers by 6

People are quick to forget the power and strength we are missing on our left edge and the influence Lui had on our team.

Miller I rate highly but to expect more than just a link role in his first match would be foolish and to think Brown and Moltzen will be able to cause the same amount of destruction in both attack and defense would be delusional. I hate to say it but I think we are in for a really hard couple of month of football with lots of effort and little reward

If Benji keeps handing out the quality of passes he has in last 2 weeks we can be strong on left side . Roosters will underrate us on this side . Hope BENJi runs left side early to put some confusion on their left side

Dont underestimate this tigers team, we will get on top in the pigs & beat the roosters. also the boys will be thinking of last year & will want a win over this mob.

Benji has been on fire of late but he has had 100% confidence that he can throw a ball and a player is going to hit it hard. Now their will be a seed of doubt and of course their will be a tendency to over play your hand by trying to hard to compensate for the injured players . I just think it may take a month to get some back line potency going again

They'll be right Supercoach . Don't worry about attack it is our defence that will win us games over next month til all the forwards are right . having Ellis back on the left will be huge help

I reckon we will beat the Roosters, we owe them for last year and I think they will be a bit complacent given our injuries.
